Are you a proactive, self-sufficient, and driven individual with a knack for optimizing financial processes? If you have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience and possess expertise in tools such as Xero, Acumatica, Notion, and Procore, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations.

Rate: 8/hr
Working Hours: Starts at 20 hours per week with a potential increase

Responsibilities:

– Utilize your proactive and self-sufficient nature to efficiently handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks independently.
– Be a go-getter, always seeking ways to optimize financial workflows and enhance efficiency.
– Showcase your expertise in using accounting tools such as Xero, Acumatica, Notion, and – Procore to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
– Take charge of billing and accounting activities with meticulous attention to detail.
– Manage payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees.
– Handle check processing efficiently and maintain precise transaction records.
– Utilize your accounting experience to assist in financial analysis and reporting as needed.
– Social Media Management (SMM) experience is a plus, as it would contribute to enhancing our online presence and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
– Proficiency in using accounting tools such as Xero, Acumatica, Notion, and Procore.
– Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
– A go-getter attitude, constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and optimize outcomes.
– Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate financial records.
– Knowledge of payroll processing and accounting principles.
– Familiarity with handling various financial transactions, including check processing.
– Experience in Social Media Management (SMM) is an advantage but not required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
