We’re searching for an adept bookkeeper with a proven track record in managing multiple client accounts across various industries, proficient in QuickBooks, and possessing a background in books cleanup. As our bookkeeper, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial records of diverse clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insights, while also adeptly cleaning up and optimizing existing books.

Responsibilities:
– Efficiently manage financial transactions for clients spanning different industries, utilizing QuickBooks software.
– Conduct meticulous reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records across varied sectors.
– Facilitate seamless payroll processing for clients, including tax filings and comprehensive reporting.
– Generate comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, tailored to diverse client needs.
– Provide strategic financial guidance, including budgeting, forecasting, and industry-specific financial analysis.
– Leverage expertise in books cleanup to optimize and rectify existing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
– Foster collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing industry-specific financial queries and challenges.
– Remain updated on evolving accounting regulations and QuickBooks updates, ensuring clients remain compliant and informed.

Requirements:
– Demonstrated proficiency as a bookkeeper, specifically managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries, with a background in books cleanup.
– Advanced command of QuickBooks software and a deep understanding of accounting principles adaptable to various sectors.
