Our phone agents play the most essential role in our company. Your responsibility will be to make single-dialer cold calls in our CRM and communicate with the team via Slack. Your goal is to engage property owners, gauge their interest in selling a property, and then escalate the lead to one of our managers.
What you’ll do:
Full Time Shifts (39 and 43 hours a week / 164 per month)
Monday (2-8PM EST), Tuesday (9-6PM), Wednesday (9-1, 3-8PM EST,) Thursday (9-1, 3-8PM EST), Friday (9-5PM EST)
+ 1st and 3rd Saturdays (9-1PM EST)
What we pay:
-$1,025 USD / 58,000? per month – PAID WEEKLY
-$250 USD Bonus after 30 day trial period.
-$250 per every lead generated that results in a profitable transaction
