Experienced Business to Consumer Debt Collector

You will be working remotely, from your home, for a respected finance company specializing in automotive financing, directly assisting customers who have purchased vehicles from our dealership locations. Objectives involve ensuring the recovery of financed amounts, reflecting our vested interest in the sustained success of our customer base.

Your role will require you to:
*Develop an action plan for negotiating payment while on the phone with customers
*Successfully collect payments on past due loans via verbal conversations over the phone

Required Skills:
*MUST: A minimum of 5 years experience in debt collection and negotiating with non-business customers on delinquent
loans or receivables such as credit card, auto loan, mortgage and medical payments.
*MUST: Advanced level of English
*Spanish is preferred but not required
*Intermediate level of Math
*Advanced level of attention to detail
*Extensive phone experience performing outbound calling and taking inbound calls
*Experience working with computers, Google Workspace, and similar technology
*Ability to work 40 hours over 5 days extending across Monday to Saturday
*Ability to work US Central Time Zone business hours
*Ability to follow instructions and be dependable
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Required Equipment & Internet:
*High speed internet (minimum 50-100Mbps)
*Dependable, updated computer with the ability to remotely connect to our systems in the USA when needed and the
ability to support the use of multiple web-based applications at one time
*A headset

Required Workspace: For this fully remote, full time, 40 hours per week position, the Contractor must establish an appropriate work environment with a dedicated, quiet work space free from interruptions.

Training will be provided.
