Our Guest Services team’s top priority is to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations and that their experience at Glo is delightful, by delivering high-quality, speedy, personable, and conversational support.

As a Customer Support Specialist (official title is called Guest Services Specialist), you are responsible for the satisfaction of our clients. This is a challenging role that requires a unique skillset. As the voice of Glo Tanning, you will act both as an advocate for our spas and as a champion for our clients.

Your job is to ensure that Glo Tanning clients have the best experience possible with every contact. We take customer service seriously and this position is essential to the team’s success.

– Night shift pay (PHP 2,800 monthly on top of basic pay)

What you’ll do on the Guest Services team at Glo Tanning:

– Effectively resolve client questions and concerns through phone, chat, and email (as needed) in a considerate and timely manner
– Handle and manage tickets assigned
– Respond to publicly-posted reviews on Yelp and Google Business (as needed)
– Take ownership of clients’ issues or concerns from beginning to end
– Compose thoughtful, personalized responses to a variety of client requests
– Triage incoming requests and spot trends in client issues to flag for the rest of the team
– Participate and contribute to the ongoing learning and success of your team through monthly training and weekly meetings

About You – Core Qualifications:

– At least 3 year total experience in a call/contact center environment or customer service industry
– Excellent English communication skills
– Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
– Must be able to high volume days during busy season while multi-tasking with a friendly tone
– Adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs
-DE scalation skill are a must!
– Possess empathy, quick thinking, patience, and strong persuasion skills
– Proactive, team-player, and self-motivated
– Always willing to learn and receptive to feedback and coaching
– Very proficient in using the computer and the internet ( No Mac computers as our system does not support them)
– Although not required, familiarity with Zoho Desk is a huge advantage
-Expert in Google drive organization and use

Please also take note of the following:

– Must allow the use of Webworker – for time and timesheets-tracking
– Amenable to shifting schedules and graveyard shift
– Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Schedule/Shift: US Time Zone (CST/EST)

Please note that rest days are NOT always Sat-Sun. There are times when we have to schedule weekdays off or split rest days to accommodate events and critical work days.
