We are seeking an experienced cold caller familiar with Batch Dialer and Podio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Our ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid to dive into cold calling, has a strong salesperson’s attitude, and can understand and adapt to different personalities while continually improving their communication skills. They should strive to make the next sale and truly understand client motivation, particularly the urgency and financial reasons behind their need to sell quickly. We need someone who is driven to go after the sale and earn bonuses. While this is an hourly job, we need someone who is willing to grow with us as we are looking for a long-term person to work with us.

Key Responsibilities:

-Utilize Batch Dialer for efficient calling.
-Manage and track leads using Podio.
-Maintain a consistent call schedule from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
-Engage with potential clients, build rapport, and set appointments.
-Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
-Handle objections and provide accurate information about our services.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in real estate or a related field.
-Proficiency in using Batch Dialer and Podio.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
-High level of persistence and resilience in handling rejections.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
