We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Specialist/Cold Caller for our client. As a Virtual Lead Specialist/Cold Caller, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and other virtual communication channels. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and identify prospects who have a genuine interest in our client’s products/services. You will be expected to effectively articulate the benefits of our offerings and build rapport with potential customers to nurture leads through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven track record in lead generation or telemarketing.
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Cold call leads and text message
Answer the phone with a friendly and upbeat attitude and show a caring attitude to everyone who comes in contact with our company
Use online research tools (e.g. LexisNexis, Intellius, Accurint, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to research and contact property owners and/or relatives of property owners
Develop prospects list – Locate addresses and phone numbers for targeted seller categories to use for direct mail. Scan the MLS for expired listings, research tax records for out of state owners, check local newspapers for unrepresented sellers and search all possible media to find prospects for buying or selling.
Record which marketing category or contact method netted a particular sale.
Follow up on marketing materials with phone calls to make sure that customers receive the materials and determine if they are prospective clients.
Make outbound calls to leads that left voicemails and missed calls
Data entry and export from various systems and CRMs
Research and analyze properties on the MLS
Send daily reports of all activities for the day
Enter client data in various online databases (e.g. Podio, Google Docs, List Staker, etc.)
Qualifications:
At least one year experience as a Real Estate VA cold calling leads
Able to build positive relationships and a great rapport with colleagues and clients
Critical Thinker and Quick Learner
Be able to prioritize incoming calls and know how to handle different types of calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Drive
Computer and Internet Literate
Excellent interpersonal skills
Very well spoken English and Experience with conducting outbound calls
Experience with CRM software
Well organized and able to work well under pressure
Experience in these tools is a plus!
