Experienced Content Writer/Script Writer/Content Creator

We are interested in hiring a scriptwriter immediately!

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scriptwriter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality scripts for our company, including researching the subject of the scripts and gathering information to create the best possible content. Ideal candidate is results oriented, someone who writes for a purpose, is an excellent communicator, and someone who knows what to ask to achieve great results.

Responsibilities:
Conduct research and gather information on the topic of each individual script
Work closely with the team to ensure consistency with company guidelines and values
Produce high-quality scripts in a timely manner
Edit and proofread scripts as needed
Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements:
Proven experience in producing high-quality scripts
Strong portfolio demonstrating past work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work with Microsoft, Google Docs, Grammarly, and QuillBot
Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Compensation:
This is a long-term job opportunity with a workload of 4-5 scripts per week, depending on their length. The workload for each individual script is 5-20 minutes. Compensation will be discussed with the successful candidate.

In addition, a scriptwriter who can watch a YouTube video, listen to what is being discussed, and then create a unique, newscript based on what was covered in the video. All of the same content topics from the original YouTube video will be in the newscript that you create.

Your newscript should greet the audience, have an initial intro/teaser that will entice the viewer to want to watch the video until the very end. This teaser will mention highlights from the video that they will not want to miss out on (but don’t give away too much detail that would prevent them from needing to watch the full video).

The niche or topic will be either Financial Literacy, Personal Finance, Investing, Business or a combination of these.

Key Points:

1. Your script should be more concise, refreshing, and upbeat than the original source video.

2. The script needs to read & sound very “conversational”.

3. Please add a funny joke or some slight sarcasm to every script.

4. The Script must be delivered in less than 24 hours of receiving my request (as this is time-sensitive).

5. Must be able to communicate using WhatsApp, Monday app, and accept Payoneer or Paypal for payment.
Scripts will be used as our YouTube video content therefore you must be really good at reading, writing and speaking English.

This is not an on-the-job training position. We are looking for someone with experience who can join our team and make an immediate impact. There will be minimal training to prepare you for the job.

As part of the interview process, you will be required to write a short sample of a selected topic that we choose. You will be asked about your writing experience and need to know your computer SPECS.
