We’re looking for a creative and experienced Copywriter/Scriptwriter to join our dynamic team.

Job Description
As an integral part of our creative team, you will be responsible for:
1. Writing Video Scripts: Develop scripts that engage and resonate with our target audience in a familiar tone for the presenter.
2. Creating Speaker Demo Reel Outlines: Analyze content from speakers and craft compelling outlines for their demo reels.
3. Industry Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Demo Reels
4. Social Media Content Creation: Write engaging LinkedIn posts and other social media content that reflects our brand’s voice.
5. Ad Copywriting and Proofing: Craft and refine ad copy that drives action, along with meticulous proofreading to ensure quality.

This is a full-time position that requires a creative mind, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Hiring Process
Our hiring process consists of 3 rounds of interviews designed to assess your skills, experience, and fit with our team.

Ideal Candidate
Experience: Extensive writing experience across various settings. These could include film, social media posts, and ad copy.
Storytelling Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft stories in a professional setting, with a portfolio that showcases your storytelling prowess.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to different writing styles and formats.
Industry Knowledge: Keen interest in the Speaking industry and a desire to essentially produce movie trailers (that’s what demo reels are!) for speakers. Also, a desire to keep up with the industry and current trends.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a team and contribute to a creative process.
