Experienced CPA Specializing in XERO & A2X for Amazon Sellers, Available Part-Time

As a fast-growing startup, we are in search of a diligent and seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with specialization in XERO & A2X. This part-time, remote position entails providing essential support to our budding accounting department, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere and the opportunity to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

In your role as a CPA, you will be tasked with:

Providing daily financial reports and updates.
Assisting in the documentation of business processes and accounting policies.
Handling the processing of client invoices and payments.
Conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
Job Qualifications:

We expect the following qualifications from the ideal candidate:

CPA certification.
At least one year of experience in audits/reconciliations.
Proficiency in using XERO & A2X.
Mid-level skills in MS Excel.
Previous experience in Amazon eCommerce bookkeeping will be a plus.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Additionally, familiarity with the following applications will be essential:

Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Gmail and other email applications.
Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
Communication apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB Messenger, etc.
Project management software (Microsoft Team, Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Evernote, Google Docs).
Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle).
Work Schedule and Holidays:

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule from Mondays to Fridays. However, we expect you to be available online for at least an hour for our daily scrum meetings.
After a 6-month probation period, you will qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves.
We observe most Filipino holidays, excluding All Saints and All Souls Day.
