Position: Admin Assistant
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST

Overview:

KCS Technical Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to play a crucial role in supporting our daily business operations. This multifaceted position involves tasks ranging from data management and report generation to providing personal assistance to the team. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in spoken English, are vital for effective collaboration within the team.

Job Requirements for Global Talent Supporting KCS Technical Solutions:

1. CRM Expertise: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is highly desirable. The client, KCS Technical Solutions, utilizes ConnectWise as their CRM platform.

2. Support Ticket Assignment: Global Talent is tasked with managing and distributing incoming support requests. These requests must be accurately assigned to one of the two specialized divisions within KCS Technical Solutions via ConnectWise.

3. Invoice Processing: Upon closure of a support ticket by KCS technicians, Global Talent will utilize ConnectWise to generate and send invoices to KCS customers.

4. Customer Support and Call Routing: Global Talent will manage the primary contact number for KCS Technical Solutions. Duties include providing updates on support ticket statuses based on information in ConnectWise and directing incoming calls to the appropriate KCS personnel.

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Accuracy in assigning support tickets and processing invoices.
• Clear and concise communication for customer support and internal coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as ticket assignments, invoice processing, and call routing.
• Capability to quickly identify issues and route them to the appropriate divisions for resolution.
• Efficiently juggling the various tasks mentioned in the job description.
• Focus on providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
