Experienced Customer Email Support & Data Processing VA

I’m looking to hire an additional virtual assistant for our team.

You’ll be helping us in customer support and entering information into our CRM as well as reaching out to and communicating with customers and leads through email and chat. You need to be able to write and communicate in English and use our templates and scripts for messaging people.

Requirements:
-Flawless English writing & communication skills
-Customer support, email support, and tech-support skills
-Handle large amounts of orders, schedule shipments, and follow up with late, missing, lost or damaged deliveries
-Process Loss Claims with shipment courier and follow up
-Basic understanding of CRMs
-Data entry and spreadsheets
-Advanced Excel and Office Word skills

You need to be accurate, motivated and able to follow instructions.

This is a long-term position and is intended to be full-time at 8 hours a day.

You need to be able to start immediately and work Monday-Friday, if you have some available hours to work on weekends that’s a bonus.
