Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will be the frontline of communication for our customers, predominantly handling inbound phone calls from customers and required to call customer’s who have orders with us, as well as abandon cart leads (telephone provided). You will provide exceptional customer service and also use your sales acumen to convert inquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be required to use email to converse with customers as well. Responsibilities:

Must be able to speak and converse in fluent english (no filipino accent preferred).

Must be able to work EST or PST 8 hour zones to fit the business. Please state you understand the working hours in your message back to me.

Answer incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and learn our product knowledge to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services to customers. We have FAQS to help here.

Convert customer inquiries into sales by suggesting suitable products or services based on their needs and preferences.

Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system in Notion.

Work closely with the order processing and product teams to stay updated on product features and benefits.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations and remain patient and professional.

Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems.

Strong sales skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the product or service being sold is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
