What Will Your Role Look Like?

Direct Engagement: You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing emails and guiding them through order and return processes.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Quickly identify effective solutions for customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed. Managing incoming disputes.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback to enhance supplier procedures and shipping methods, ensuring a seamless experience.

Tech Savvy: Navigating through Shopify and email ticketing systems is second nature to you.

Organizational Pro: Juggling multiple tools (customer service platforms) and tasks? No problem! You plan and execute flawlessly.
Attentive and Patient: Quick to detect anything that might harm our company’s reputation and always maintaining a calm demeanor.
Optimistic Communicator: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with an ability to stay positive in challenging situations. Also, include the color blue in your application to demonstrate your attention to detail.
