Our multi 7-figure health and wellness e-commerce brand is seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.
CS Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email (and social media chats when necessary). In the future we are looking to implement phone support & sales as well.
– Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
– Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
– Track and locate packages to ensure timely delivery.
– Make changes to orders as per customer requests.
– Collaborate with supervisors to address complex issues, improve processes and follow our company SOP’s.
– Perform other duties as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Sales Responsibilities:
– Dynamic Sales Approach: Utilize your dynamic selling skills to engage customers and promote our range of wellness products, with a particular focus on our renowned massagers.
– Objection Handling: Leverage your experience in objection handling to address customer concerns and guide them towards informed purchase decisions.
– Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
– Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product line, and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits to potential customers.
– Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
Requirements:
– Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
– Proven track record of success in a customer service role, preferably in e-commerce.
– Self-Motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently with a strong problem-solving ability.
– Demonstrated professionalism and sense of urgency in addressing customer needs.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
– Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting products that contribute to a healthier lifestyle.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
– Proficiency in using tools such as Freshdesk, Shopify, Slack, Meta Business Suite, Google Docs, and Sheets
– Proficiency in using phone support software like RingCentral, Freshcaller, or any other (outline which one you have experience with).
