Job Description

Dear Applicant,

We run an eCommerce dropshipping business and are looking for long-term employees to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those who consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking exceptional candidates who will represent our company with excellent customer service and dedication.
This role is essentially a EXPERIENCED Customer Service position, where you will follow a very clear process to keep our customers happy. Once you understand every step, the process will become straightforward.

Required Knowledge:
• Shopify (eCommerce platform) – MUST
• Discord (communication channel)
• DeepL (for translation)
• ReAmaze or similar ticketing software (Ticket Software) – MUST
• PayPal & Shopify Disputes – BONUS

Responsibilities:
• Tracking whether orders have been shipped.
• Providing feedback to customer service.
• Creating status reports.
• Requesting weekly quality checks.

We Provide:
• $3 – 5 an hour
• Video training
• SOP to follow
• Access to the manager to answer all your questions

Applicant Requirements:
• Good internet connection
• Speak fluent English both written and verbally.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Be available for weekly team calls.
• Be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
• Available to join immediately.
• Available 7 days a week.
• Available between 6 AM and 8 PM CET.
