Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Dropshipping

Your working hours: Saturdays 13:00–17:00 (CET), Sundays 10:00–17:00 (CET)—the hours are based on the CET timezone, so we expect you to work during those times.

Compensation: $5 per hour (Based on 25 messages or emails per hour)

Are you an experienced female customer service specialist with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for providing exceptional support? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our team part-time to handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction for our dropshipping business.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries within minutes during your working hours; answer promptly and professionally via email and WhatsApp during assigned hours.
– Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns. You need to be able to spot quickly what information the customer is looking for and how you can acquire that information.
– Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
– Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
– Utilize tools such as DeepL, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms like Reamaze efficiently to manage customer interactions.
– Take ownership of assigned tasks, meet performance metrics, and contribute to team success.
– You will respond to emails and also on whatsapp to customers.

Requirements:

– Female
– Minimum 1 year of experience as a customer service specialist for a dropshipping company.
– Proficiency with DeepL, Google Sheets, and CRM tools like Reamaze.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. You will have almost no support during the weekend, so you are expected to solve problems on your own.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changes.
– Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) during specified hours in the CET timezone.
