Job Description:

As our Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company reputation. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple platforms, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining an organized system for tracking and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer comments and messages on Facebook.
Use Gorgias to manage and respond to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Process and respond to chargebacks.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting customer service metrics.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve customer service processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
Requirements:

Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a full-time role.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work 5-7 days per week, as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complaints and chargebacks professionally and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media customer service, particularly Facebook.
Previous experience in e-commerce or similar industries.
Ability to provide examples of effective customer service resolutions.
