We need 8-10 agents by or before the end of the month. We hire fast. We are a small family business with big career potential. Every team member counts. Keystone Tax Solutions is Tax software company that provides professional software to American tax preparers. We offer many services to satisfy our clients needs. Our clients depend on us for their businesses to run successfully. We provide 24 hour and year-round customer/tech support for our clients.
We place fun, excitement, and advancement over appearing to be highly corporate. Our training is being improved as this is our first time outsourcing, so we are still learning what you need, so you must be a motivated self-starter.
We are currently improving our processes and want you to be a part of helping us perfect our operation by giving us your feedback. To give you a better idea of how fast we are growing, we started this year with 6 locations, we now have 500 locations. Within 2 years, we plan to add an additional 30 Philippine call center agents with you being the first of 4. You will become a remote manager and eventually train your peers if you last long term.
We are looking for applicants who want to grow with us. We are casting a wide net by hiring more people than we need, at the end of 30 days we will keep 6-8. We want someone confident and stable enough to start with minimum compensation, which we will increase monthly as you prove yourself and contribute to driving revenue. We do not want someone juggling working for us and others, to keep our promise to you, you need to commit to us. Our starting salary for the hours required is $300 per month during the training period which will last until December. We will then increase pay $400-$500 USD for those who last through the training period and into our peak season. Within 6-12 months or less, we will increase your salary monthly salary depending on your performance including bonuses and incentives if you last long enough.
You will have to answer to 2-4 managers, one based in the Philippines and the others all based United States. Those who give more detailed answers will be looked at more closely.
Things We Are looking For In A Candidate:
1. At the very minimum to start, you will need a computer, fast postpaid internet, and a headset. Applicants with an additional computer monitor and/ or a Smartphone will be considered first, pictures of your setup will be required. MUST SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH
2. You must be good at writing, comprehending, and speaking English. Our clients are accustomed to speaking to Americans via phone and email and this will be vital depending on your position in order to close deals and help client with tech support via phone and email.
3. Must BE ABLE TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! This job is not hard but there is a lot you have to learn and learn quickly, or we cannot keep you.
4. You will need to be available during the hours of 8 am to 9 pm, Monday thru Sunday, Central Standard Time during peak season which is November, December, January, February, and March. An hour break is allowed. We are not saying you will have to work all these hours and days just be available if needed for rotating schedule during peak season.
5. You will typically use 4-5 browser tabs daily, Infusionsoft CRM(if you are familiar and proficient in this CRM platform, this is a plus and we will test your skills), Our tax software and bank portal platforms, Vonage to receive and make support and sales, Teamworks to receive and respond to emails, and Skype for real-time instant messaging with the United States team as you learn on the job.
You must be a fast learner, learn well under pressure, and have thick skin.
6. We would love someone with BPO experience with other medium to large American companies. We want someone who can also make suggestions to us to get better and bring experiences from other companies to make us better and your job easier. We need self starters that can work on their own without much supervision.
