Overview:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Member Services team and support customers across our meal, hardware, and software product lines. With at least 2 years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and contributing to the success of our rapidly-growing business. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a high level of professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone
Handle assigned admin tasks, including order management and return tracking
Quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with new information and updates
Collaborate effectively with all departments within the company to resolve customer issues quickly
Manage and prioritize workload efficiently to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
Take on additional projects, tasks, and opportunities as they arise

Required Experience and Skills:
2+ years customer service experience, preferably remote
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with emphasis on customer satisfaction
Strong Proficiency with Zendesk, Google Apps, Shipstation, ClickUp, Slack, and other support tools
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a strong team player
Ability to understand and navigate diverse system and products in a complex business
Sharp problem-solving skills, adept at handling complex situations
Adaptable to fast-paced startup environments, skilled in multitasking
Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new tools and processes as needed
