Experienced Davinci Resolve Video Editor Wanted

We are in search of a talented and dynamic Long & Short Form Video Editor to join our team.

Your primary role will involve editing long form Video Podcasts, and some short form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is both a creative storyteller and a technical wizard, capable of turning raw footage into viral masterpieces.

We’re on the lookout for a creative thinker who thrives on challenges, works efficiently under tight deadlines, and, above all, boasts an impeccable eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

– Editing and producing video content for Podcasts, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
– Collaborating closely with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative content ideas.
– Handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to adhere to agreed hours and meet project deadlines.
– Eager to learn new software and technologies.
– Access to a high-performance computer.

Additional Requirements:

– Proficiency in Davinci Resolve is a must.
– You MUST have experience with multi-cam editing in Davinci Resolve.
– You MUST be familiar with the basics of audio editing.
– You MUST have fast internet (please send screenshot)
– Experience using PROXY files and managing footage.
– Experience in CapCut is ideal for creative effects and subtitles.
– Familiarity with cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Suite.
– An eye for creating visually stunning video effects, titles and transitions.

We are particularly eager to hear if you also have:

– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva (or similar) for thumbnail design and other graphic design needs.
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
– Proficiency in Animation/Motion Graphics.
– Experience in managing content for social media platforms.
