Experienced Digital Marketing Agency Project Manager

Hi there, we work for a digital marketing agency in the US. We’ve been in business for over ten years, but we’re rebuilding, as COVID forced us to let go of much of our team. Over the last year, we’ve started creating processes internally and finding partners to help us complete tasks, but now we are looking for someone to manage the projects, tasks, etc.. Not just manage them, but take ownership of them, including but not limited to adding pages to WordPress, working with our designer (in-house) to create something, assigning tasks to other partners, and most importantly, sending updates to stakeholders regarding progress.

The position does not require a full-time person to start, but it could quickly become full-time. The ideal candidate can and will grow with us and the position. We’re looking for a long-term team member, not a one-and-done task.

You would be responsible for the following tasks:

New websites – Follow SOP, Assign tasks, manage process and timeline
Ad Hoc client requests – Follow SOP, Assign tasks, manage process and timeline
New site pages – Create the pages and add content, not write copy
Landing page UX/UI development – Manage process, not actual design/development
Ad Creatives – Manage process, not actual design

Additionally, you will manage internal long-term projects such as case studies, industry reports, etc.

You will be responsible for creating SOPs, submitting for approval, and helping us create playbooks where one does not exist.

We’re looking for someone with experience working with a digital marketing agency who is trustworthy, communicative (both video and email), reliable, and, most importantly, experienced with workflows, processes, and project management for a digital marketing agency.

We work in the Eastern timezone (EST), so you must align hours with our team.
