Job Purpose/Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated, experienced Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in our marketing agency. This individual will be instrumental in setting up and running media buying campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Meta, performing basic video editing, and crafting appealing graphics. An integral part of our team, the assistant will not only manage operational tasks but will also be a source of creative marketing ideas. A strong understanding of Shopify, where they will edit and build upon our stores, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize media buying campaigns on TikTok, Google and Meta.
– Handle basic video editing tasks.
– Create and design graphics as needed.
– Organize and maintain digital files.
– Oversee and engage in social media management.
– Administer email marketing campaigns.
– Take charge of content creation or management.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
– Generate analytics and produce performance reports.
– Utilize tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and others to fulfill creative responsibilities.
– Edit and manage Shopify stores.
– We are looking for a ‘Swiss Army Knife’ type of marketer.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Expertise in analytics and report generation.
– Proficiency in Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
– Experience with Shopify.
– Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok ads.
– Strong writing and communication skills.
– Graphic design capabilities.
– Proficient in software like Google Analytics.

Working Hours:
This position is 40 hours per week. Working hours are flexible as long as the jobs and tasks are getting done that need to get done within the timeframe that they need to be done. We do require your online time to overlap with our team based in the USA.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Reporting Structure:
The Marketing Virtual Assistant will have the privilege and responsibility of reporting directly to the three owners of the company.
