Experienced Digital Project Manager for a Growing Marketing Agency

We’re a quickly growing, scrappy growth marketing company that helps companies scale online. Clients hire us to help them get more customers, so we develop custom marketing plans and offer any service that we think will help a client reach their goals. We also have a media wing of the company where we own and operate several high-traffic websites.

We’re looking for an incredibly driven project manager who will own our operations–making sure projects get done on time and at a high level so we can deliver great results and experiences to our clients.

The role…

You will work closely with the 2 owners of the company helping them ensure all the company’s projects are completed, done well, and delivered on time.

This means you will be:

1. Managing project timelines (making sure each step of every project is getting done on time)
2. Communicating with contractors and employees to make sure they have what they need and will get their work on time
3. Helping contractors and employees get “unstucK” so they can finish their work as fast as possible (whether that means answering questions, getting them answers from the owners, or providing resources, documents, etc).
4. Owning the execution of projects (making it your personal objective to ensure everyone gets everything done on time and to specification)
5. Helping contractors and employees prioritize projects based on the owners’ recommendations
6. Keeping the owners updated on the status of projects
7. Organizing and optimizing ClickUp to make sure every project is up-to-date, documents are organized, and more

If you’re selected, we will negotiate a salary. The general salary range we are considering is between $1,000 – $3,000 per month. The amount will depend on your experience and availability.

Then, you will start with a 1-2 week trial so both sides can see what it’s like working together. Assuming both sides want to move forward, you then will start in this role at the salary agreed to on the front end.

Requirements…

1. You must have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
2. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a project management role in the marketing or content creation field (or similar)

3. Have incredible follow-through (and do anything it takes to make sure projects are done on time, you have what you need, and the owners of the company are always informed of the status of projects).

4. Are an expert with project management systems like ClickUp and know how to create templates and automations that make everything run more smoothly.
