???? Position: Dropshipping Assistant
???? Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
???? Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
– Manage and update product listings across various platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
– Assist in order fulfillment, including tracking and customer communication
– Perform market research to identify new product opportunities and trends
– Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms, pricing, and shipping
– Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
– Provide customer service support, including handling returns and refunds
– Optimize supply chain operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
– Collaborate with marketing team to promote products through various channels
– Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the team
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience in a dropshipping role
– Proficient in Shopify and other ecommerce platforms
– Strong knowledge of ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Strong attention to detail
– Team player who can work well independently
– Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus
