Position: E-Commerce Customer Service Representative (Morning Shift – Philippine Time Zone)
Location: Australia
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: At least 2 years of prior e-commerce customer service experience

Shift Timing: Morning shift in Philippine Time Zone, with the normal shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time.

Starting Rate: $4 to $5 AUD per hour, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Address incoming customer inquiries via diverse channels like phone, email, and chat, showcasing professionalism and warmth.
Provide customers with comprehensive assistance ranging from product information to order tracking and post-purchase support.
Resolve customer concerns and grievances efficiently, aiming for swift issue resolution.
Assist customers in navigating our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth purchasing journey.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure precise order processing and shipment tracking.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date customer records in our database.
Stay updated on product specifics and promotions to offer precise and pertinent customer advice.
Spot prospects for process enhancement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven record of a minimum of 2 years in e-commerce customer service.
Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
Profound knack for troubleshooting and a proactive stance towards customer problems.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order processing systems, and CRM software.
Skill in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management within a fast-paced setting.
Display empathy and patience in managing customer concerns.
A team player, exuding positivity and a robust work ethic.
