Job Description

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERTISE IN SHOPIFY
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relations by promptly addressing their concerns and inquiries. Your main responsibility will be responding to emails regarding tracking, packages, and other customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

LONG TERM WITH ROOM FOR GROWTH: we would love to find someone who is loyal and trustworthy to potentially be promoted to take over order fulfillment and other related duties! (more pay and more hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally in a timely manner.
2. Resolve complex customer inquiries by providing accurate and helpful information, utilizing strong problem-solving skills that go beyond simple copy-and-paste responses.
3. Maintain an exceptional understanding of our products, services, and policies.
4. Complete various tasks in Shopify (editing orders, updating shipping addresses, adding new products, etc.)
5. Organize our email inbox, categorizing messages for quick reference and follow-up.
6. Continuously update the template containing all asked questions along with their corresponding answers.

8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
9. Perform administrative and other tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written English, including grammar
Problem-solving skills, capable of researching solutions for unfamiliar issues
Extremely Organized with attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Adaptability and readiness to learn new skills and tools
Tools of expertise: Shopify (tracking, order management), Gmail, Trello
