We are a growing, California-based data company that is looking for someone who is a passionate copywriter and also has experience writing emails and managing ongoing email campaigns. If you love writing, enjoy mixing facts, data, and humor into your copy, and can write compelling email funnels, we want you to join our team!
As our email marketing copywriter, your role will require you to research, write, and create different one-time emails and ongoing email funnels for our company’s keywords and vertical markets. We service a multitude of industries so there is always something to write about.
We utilize the Zoho suite of programs to manage our email campaigns, such as Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM. It’s okay if you’re not familiar with Zoho, but you should have some experience with other email management tools.
Job responsibilities include:
– Creating, writing, proofreading, and editing email templates and funnels.
– Creating email marketing campaigns and split testing.
– Creating reports in Zoho to share with management the success of testing to rollout a full campaign.
– When time permits, you will also write headlines, sales content, research, and write posts blog sites we post on.
– Developing and implementing email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
– Collaborating with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
– Monitoring and analyzing key metrics to assess the success of email campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Create, test, and optimize email campaigns to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
To do this job, you must have:
– Exceptional written English skills
– A sense of humor
– An understanding of people and how to persuade them
– Email writing experience (funnels and campaigns)
– Email campaign management experience
– Online research experience
– Familiarity with Canva and banner design is a huge plus
– Familiarity with ChatGPT, , Grammarly is a huge plus
– Understanding of social media, keyword, and SEO best practices is a huge plus
– Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus
– Email series and automation experience

The office hours for this position are Monday – Friday 12:00PM – 8:00PM Pacific Time (4:00AM -12:00PM Philippine Time).
You’ll qualify for 3 paid leaves and 6 paid holidays after the 6 month probation period. We also offer 13th month pay bonus at the end of the year for all of our employees.
The full-time starting salary is dependent upon experience. We typically start team members around $750 – $950 USD monthly for full-time employment. Part-time salary is negotiable.
We pay you via Wise on the 2nd and the 16th of every month with the rest of our team in the Philippines. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.
