Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Etsy/Printful POD Shop Manager to join our team. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Etsy shop integrated with Printful’s print-on-demand services. You will play a pivotal role in managing the entire process from product creation and listing to order fulfillment and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Etsy shop, ensuring consistent branding and a cohesive product lineup.
Collaborate with the design team to create new and appealing products that align with current market trends.
Create engaging product descriptions and compelling visuals to enhance the shop’s overall appeal.
Implement effective SEO strategies to maximize visibility and drive organic traffic to our Etsy shop.
Monitor inventory levels, track sales data, and adjust production accordingly to meet demand.
Coordinate with Printful to ensure smooth order fulfillment, quality control, and timely shipping.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing exceptional service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and propose strategies to increase shop performance and revenue.
Stay updated on Etsy policies, industry trends, and best practices to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing an Etsy shop integrated with Printful or a similar print-on-demand platform.
In-depth knowledge of Etsy’s platform, SEO optimization, and best practices for product listings.
Strong understanding of print-on-demand processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for product aesthetics and quality.
Proficient in data analysis, able to draw insights from sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with tact and empathy.
Familiarity with graphic design software and basic image editing skills are a plus.
