Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Executive Assistant to support our entrepreneurial business. This full-time role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual to help prioritize company objectives, help project manage client projects, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have past experience as a virtual executive assistant, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think creatively to solve project needs.

Responsibilities:
* Daily Meetings: Brief me on the day’s priorities, project statuses, and upcoming tasks.
* Value Ranking: Assist in prioritizing company objectives and projects with the highest potential LTV.
* Expense Management: Track and input expenses into Intuit Quickbooks.
* Lead Organization: Manage and organize client leads efficiently.
* Task Management: Summarize and input information into , send top daily items via email.
* Social Media: Plan and post daily social content, maintain a content calendar.
* Scheduling: Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
* Status Updates: Provide regular status checks on ongoing projects.

Requirements:
* Availability: Must be available for at least half of the day PST, Monday to Friday.
* Communication: Quick, clear, and honest communicator.
* Punctuality: Delivers work on time, no excuses.
* Education: Studied business / entrepreneurship
* Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
* Problem-Solving: Think creatively to address and solve project needs.
* Experience: Proven experience with 5+ years as a virtual executive assistant.
* English Skills: Clear communication is a must in both emails and over video conferencing.

Technical Skills:
* Expense Tracking: Proficiency in Intuit Quickbooks.
* Task Management: Experience with for task management and to-do lists.

* Spreadsheet Management: Strong skills in Google Sheets.
