About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations efficiently and will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, requiring excellent English communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
Demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills in English. (This is a must)
Manage the executive team’s calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executive team.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring easy access to relevant documents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and support across the organization.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, processing expenses, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, supporting senior management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar industry or environment is a plus.
