The Role

Business-related:

Calendar management (i.e. booking meetings, Zoom calls, appointments, etc.)
Take meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings
Draft email responses
Daily agenda management (i.e. top-of-day email, daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, etc.)
Light social media support (organic posts only) – client to provide creative and copy
Light design (ability to polish collateral in Canva or similar)
Organization and creation of a filling system for computer and cloud-based files
Assisting with different projects’ follow-up and continuity
Expense Management (organize receipts for business expense reporting)
Contacts Management – organize and update your contacts so your network will grow more
Making ads (using Canva and Figma)
Editing some videos in Descript

Personal-related:

Inbox management and assistance, with focus on school email review and scheduling of necessary tasks, and clearing of spam
Book doctor appointments
Some shopping and refilling of personal/home items
Travel and Events Management – flight, transportation, hotel accommodation/lodging and other activities. Itinerary, check-in, cars, etc.
Sending Greetings/Gifts – sending greetings, hand-written cards, gifts, well wishes, or check-ins to anyone in your network, send birthday and anniversary messages and gifts on your behalf, send thoughtful gifts to family/friends
The Requirements

MUST-HAVE:

Minimum of 2 years solid experience in the same role
Experience with G Suite
Experience with ClickUp (advanced)
Graveyard shift in the last 6 months
NICE-TO-HAVE:

Experience with Slack or similar, Docusign or similar, Calendly or similar, and Asana or similar a nice-to-have
Experience with Mailchimp a nice-to-have
Doing any ad or content-creation/editing stuff
