I’m looking for an Executive Assistant (2-4 hours – Eastern Time Zone) who will eventually move to FULL TIME depending on the client’s business needs and the VA’s performance. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Managing Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails, and assistant work. You will be doing various tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for.
Your Top Tasks:
Social Media skills
Answering emails to clients on my behalf
Answering calls
Managing appointments, schedules, and sending reminders
Client follow-up
Copywriting
Texting and Email Marketing
Conducting Interviews
GoHighLevel Experience is a PLUS!!
Having knowledge of website creation and funnels is definitely a plus!
Other assistant work
Job Requirements:
High energy, assertiveness, and good customer management skills
Well-versed in spreadsheets, documents, and emails
Must have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
