Thank you for looking at this job posting! I am seeking a Full-Time Experienced Facebook Media Buyer and Account Manager for our growing company that focuses on creating impactful campaigns and fostering a collaborative work environment.

This job requires, at a very minimum:
1. Proven experience and independence in managing Facebook ad campaigns and scaling strategies.
2. Ability to strategize and optimize campaigns to deliver optimal ROI.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive campaign decisions.
4. Strong communication skills and confidence on camera for client interactions and team collaboration via zoom calls.
5. Demonstrated understanding of the evolving paid traffic landscape.
6. Empathetic and client-centric approach to campaign management.
7. Experience with virtual and in-person event marketing is a plus.
8. Knowledge of other digital advertising platforms is beneficial.
9. Familiarity with creative collaboration for ad content alignment.
10. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
11. Knowledge of industry trends and changes in the last year.
12. A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and growth metrics.
A perfect candidate would also have (these are NOT required; just preferred):
1. Experience with Google Ads and other social media platforms.
2. Familiarity with event marketing strategies.
3. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar campaign budgets.
4. Team Leadership in the media buying projects, contributing innovative insights.
5. Ability to creatively adapt to market changes and trends.
6. Passion for staying updated on industry shifts and best practices.
*Strong analytical skills a plus but not required
*Experience in mentorship or leadership roles is also a bonus
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is proactive, strategic and detail-oriented. Having a background or experience in managing successful Facebook campaigns is important.
