Job Description

We are a fast-growing Freight Dispatching Agency, looking to hire a superb league of ambitious Bona Fide agents to handle the movement of freight for drivers within the global supply chain. This position is largely a customer service based that requires sales. The agent must be able to perform cold calling, respond to inbound/ outbound Emails from clients and brokers, as well as staying in constant communication with drivers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Represent our brand well across all customer service channels!
– Respond to marketing or inquiries from drivers and brokers via emails, input data within the freight dispatching systems for carriers, and answer/make phone calls.
– Work independently; manage time and multi-task.
– Communicate regularly with, team, and management using Google Workspace
– Problem solve and find solutions to improve our business and Customer Service Experience!

QUALIFICATIONS:
– A minimum of 2 yrs of Outbound Customer Service Experience preferred.
– Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
– Strong use of grammar
– Critical thinking skills
– Reliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)
– Reliable Working PC
– Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Google Workspace, and Email.
– Phone, Email, and SMS Support are a plus!
– Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
