Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Legal Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a law student or graduate, technologically savvy, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in criminal or personal injury law is not mandatory, however, having such experience would certainly be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
– Providing courteous and professional phone support to clients
– Document management, including sorting and drafting
– Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
– Assisting with electronic filings and record-keeping
– Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence under attorney direction
– Maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards
Qualifications:
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Self-motivated with a collaborative team spirit
– Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and case management software
– Commitment to excellence and client satisfaction
Requirements:
– Minimum two years of full-time availability
– Willingness to occasionally work beyond standard hours during busy periods
– Dedication to personal and professional growth within the firm
