We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Virtual Assistant who can deliver top-notch service and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
-Conduct meetings and Interviews.
– Assist in credit repair tasks, including analyzing credit reports, disputing inaccuracies, and maintaining accurate records.
– Support virtual tax preparation activities, including organizing documents, managing deadlines, and communicating with clients.
– Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to increase brand visibility and engagement.
– Deliver outstanding customer support/service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Assist in sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation, email campaigns, and market research.
– Perform general virtual assistant tasks such as data entry, document management, and internet research.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant role or similar position.
– Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Executive Assistance, Credit Repair, Virtual Tax Assistance, Social Media Management, Customer Support/Service, Sales/Marketing.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency in using various software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and relevant industry-specific applications.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

– Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
– Experience with financial software for credit repair or tax assistance.
– Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
