We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help us with our projects.
Dispenza has quickly become one of the largest marketing agencies in the rapidly-growing emerging market of cannabis as it quickly legalizes state by state in the Americas. As the market matures, we are on a mission to help change how the market operates, leaving the more questionable activities done by current market leaders and emerge as the first marketing agency and platform that values our customers while simultaneously delivering business-changing results to our clients.
As a graphic designer at Dispenza, your responsibilities would be to make DOPE SHIT for our clients and internal projects. In order to compete with other designers in the cannabis industry, we have high expectations of our graphic designers to create the dopest of vibes for all of our clients. This means that, in addition to having a mastery of basic design principles, whoever gets this job must have artistic instinct beyond traditional web design standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Reports directly to the Project Manager(s) for a project or task
– Branding Conceptualization
– Logo Creation and Conceptualization
– Website Mockups
– Marketing Materials and Merchandises (Flyers, brochures, billboards, etc)
– UI/UX Design
– Splicing Image Assets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– EXPERT LEVEL SKILL IN MODERN GRAPHIC DESIGN IS MANDATORY – Our Graphic Design applicants must demonstrate mastery of the basics of graphic designing with particular emphasis on speed and quality
– 5+ years experience in Adobe Photoshop
– 5+ years experience in Adobe Illustrator
– 2+ years experience in Figma
– 2+ years experience in UX/UI Design
– Exceptional attention to detail with great attention to accuracy
– Strong organizational and time management skills / methodology, and ability to prioritize
– Comfortable working digitally for all tasks
– Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of larger interdisciplinary teams
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Ability to be a team player. Team players actively listen to and communicate with their coworkers, respect ideas and contribute to the group in order to meet goals.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 80+ words per minute typing speed
– Highly experienced with GSuite (Calendar, Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Experience with ClickUp and/or Similar Project Management Platforms
– Experience with Slack or Similar Team Communication Platforms
COMPENSATION
Compensation ranges from $700-$800/month, depending on experience and certifications/qualifications.
SCHEDULE
– 8 hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine Time.
– Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
