We’re looking for an Experienced Graphics & Multimedia Executive to join our growing team for our Australian eCommerce business.

WAGE:
You will be paid a retainer of $1017 AUD per month paid bi-weekly. Your wage will increase based on performance reviews and assessments conducted twice a year.

The successful applicant shall have the following;

General Requirements:
Availability between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday AEST (Australian Eastern Standard
Time)
A quiet and professional working environment (no noises from animals, babies etc.)
Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills. Experience working for an Australian company is an advantage.
Reliable internet connection and laptop with hardware specs to support work functions required
Proven experience as a Graphics & Multimedia Expert or a similar role, with an impressive portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

Required Skills:
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Highly organised, has strong attention to detail and strong project management skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
Accountable and reliable with a positive attitude & strong business acumen
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as multimedia tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar software.
Community management experience, with a strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
Flexible to the needs of the business

Good to have skills:
Knowledge of web design principles and experience with responsive design is a plus.
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Asana and Trello is an advantage
Experience working in Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform

THE ONBOARDING PROCESS:
The successful applicant will first reply to this posting explaining why they’re suitable for the
Position and will be asked to submit a portfolio or samples of previous jobs done. You will then be scheduled for an initial video interview and be required to do an on-the-spot assessment of your knowledge. You will then be asked to join a video interview via Google Meet for the final screening with the Content Manager of the company. The best applicant shall then be offered a paid trial for a specified period and then a contract.

Paid Trial Rate: $938AUD per month paid bi-weekly

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You shall be responsible for the following tasks to be conducted during business hours.

Create visually appealing multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to engage our audience and enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and web development, to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding visual solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our graphics and multimedia assets.
Maintain a consistent visual style and brand guidelines across all communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and professional image for the company.
Assist the content team/manager in managing our social feeds (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube), build rapport with our followers, deepen engagement and maximise our brands’ reach.
Work closely with the Content Manager and internal teams to source materials, establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
Update the content calendar and schedule/banked weekly and monthly content
Assist with conceptualising marketing content; attend brainstorms and work with the team to review results in real-time and suggest content ideas
Report to your Manager

WHAT TYPE OF STORE IS THE JOB FOR?
We currently have e-commerce stores that require creative, administrative and data entry positions for a wide variety of items with niches related to ramps, industrial supplies and ride-ons for kids.
