As a Headhunter/Recruiter for Oculoplastic Doctors, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing experienced oculoplastic surgeons and specialists in reputable healthcare institutions. You will leverage your industry knowledge and recruitment expertise to match qualified candidates with the best job opportunities, ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with highly skilled oculoplastic doctors through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social media.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for potential employers.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and preferences.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their hiring needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions and presenting qualified candidates.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, job market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting oculoplastic doctors.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on placing medical professionals, preferably in the field of oculoplastics.
