You will be working for two directors – the CEO/Clinical Director and the Operations Director for a London based healthcare and education service private speech and language provider.

This role is fully remote.

We are looking for a candidate that is versatile and has a can-do attitude who is looking for a fast-paced busy role where no 2 days are the same. This isn’t your typical VA role, whilst the majority of the role will be VA based you will also be expected to assist with the finance team aswell as onboarding new clients from start to finish. You will be a crucial part within the company and help manage the day to day private clinic and school contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

– Diary management of both Directors
– Inbox Management
– Client On-Boarding
– telephone calls, taking clear and detailed messages;
– Liaison with clients and staff
Recruitment activities – sourcing people on Linkedin and Indeed in particular
– Travel and logistics management;
– Management of team calendars
– Client Queries
– Expenses
– Booking travel for employees
– Document production and finishing
– Daily administrative tasks
– Invoicing
– Credit control activities
– Uploading and maintaining client details in our database
– Other administrative activities as required

Requirements of the role:

MUST HAVE: Excellent written and speaking English – do not apply if your English in not 100%

– Excellent written and verbal communication;
– Competent with Microsoft Office as well as experience with Gmail, Google drive, hangouts, Slack and CRM systems
– Excellent organisational skills
– Flexibility

– Versatile and adaptable
– Approachable and great at problem solving
