Job Description:
We are in search of a full-time HubSpot data analyst to join our expanding team and contribute to our growing business. We are seeking an individual with a can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail, experience in HubSpot, and the ability to think strategically with data.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and ready for a challenge. While you don’t need to know everything, you should be willing to roll up your sleeves and figure things out. “Thinking with data” means taking the initiative on how we can leverage data for both our business and our clients.

The qualified individual MUST have experience in HubSpot and excellent Excel skills.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

HubSpot

**HubSpot:**
– Experience in different packages and modules of HubSpot.
– CRM: Process CRM data and ensure data quality in HubSpot, including tasks such as importing and exporting data accurately with correct fields and properties.
– Understand the best practices for storing data in the CRM, including creating properties, lists, lead sources, etc.
– Conduct daily/weekly data hygiene checks, addressing duplicate records, managing marketing contacts following GDPR, updating and removing hard bounces and unsubscribers lists.
– Collaborate with the digital marketing team to identify, propose, and execute the best approach for creating static or active lists and data reporting for various marketing and sales campaigns.
**Account Setup:**
– Set up various accounts in HubSpot, including the main account, as well as various setups for Marketing, Data, Sales, Services, and Operations.

*Data Validation:
– Work with the lead gen team to validate collected data using online tools or manual spot-checking to ensure data quality before uploading to the CRM, mainly HubSpot.

*Reporting:
– Set up various marketing and sales reports on HubSpot.
– When data is unavailable in HubSpot, gather data from SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc., to create Excel analyses and reports.
– Proficient in creating Pivot tables in Excel.

Technical Specifications:
