EXPERIENCED HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL (PART-TIME)

Our Canada-based company is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist for a part-time remote position. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated HR professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

THE ROLE:

As our part-time HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our workforce development, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and organizational growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes and develop strategies for employee development and retention.

Training & Development: Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster a strong company culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus: HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM), experience with remote team management.
