Middle America Homes is a real estate solutions company based out of Fort Wayne, IN. We wholesale real estate in the Midwestern United States. We are looking for someone to fill a gap in our company in the dispositions department.
As an Inside Sales Agent, your primary role will be to call seller leads that are provided to you and ask them qualifying questions. If a seller lead is determined to be qualified, the lead will need to be handed off to our sales team. This requires a high level of communications skills, as you will need to be able to effectively connect with sellers and understand the problems that are plaguing them.

Pay Structure:
Starting pay of $3-$6 USD/hr with 3% of gross revenue commission for each closing. This is can be as high as $1500+ USD. This position will not be stagnant and will have many opportunities for growth.
Other team members have been promoted and made upwards of USD $25,000+/yr. We expect our highest performing overseas team members to make upwards of USD $50,000 this year.
