Our Inside Sales Agent works in a fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our Inside Sales Agent interacts with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers.
Motivation, discipline, and coachability
Confidence in initiating conversations with diverse individuals
Achieve both daily, weekly & monthly quotas.
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals.

REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED:
1+ year of inside sales experience, cold calling experience and/or prior sales experience (real estate experience is a plus!)
1+ year of effective, polished communication skills on the phone)
Coachable and eager to learn.
Outstanding communication skills
Inspired by the opportunity to earn income based on performance.
A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations.
Experience in a high-contact, short sales cycle environment.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Follow work schedule of – Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM EST
A reliable laptop/desktop with a powerful 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
A stable internet connection (minimum 20 MBPS) to stay connected.
A reliable backup internet source (pocket Wi-Fi) to overcome any connectivity hurdles.
A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations.

Compensation package:
Earn 6.00 USD/ Hour + Bonuses.
