*Job Description*
– Cultivate relationships
– Manage the sales database through the sales cycle
– Consult with real estate sales force to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through the agency agreement essential duties and responsibilities
– Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
– Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
– Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
– Manage database to ensure processes run smoothly and there is a rigorous lead follow-up
– Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
– Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
– Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
*Job Qualifications*
– Detail-oriented and self-driven
– Strong written communication skills
– Reliability is a must
– Tech-savvy with experience in various workplace management tools
– Knowledge of different real estate documents
– Strong internet connection
– Fluent English with minimal or no accent
*Preferred Experience*
– Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office software
– Experience with or a similar project management tool
– Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or other CRM platforms
*Hours*
Part-time, potentially moving to full-time, 20-40 hours per week. Schedule may include evenings and weekends.
