We’re actively seeking experienced appointment setters who excel in sales, persuasive messaging, and social media engagement to join our team.

If you’re proficient at using messages to book sales calls, or if you’re a persuasive messenger skilled in text and social media engagement, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Engage with followers on Instagram, to generate leads and initiate conversations
with small businesses.
Lead Qualification: Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and gather essential information to
facilitate the appointment-setting process.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, nurture relationships, address queries, and schedule
appointments as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales call booking, cold messaging, or cold emailing.
Extremely professional, fast and accurate typer.
Can spell very well and learn “our brand and voice”
quickly.
The ability to apply non-pushy, effective sales methods to convert leads into appointments and sales.
This role requires a commitment beyond the freelance lifestyle. You will be an integral part of our
growing and thriving team environment. Treat this position as if it were your own full-time business,
demonstrating dedication and passion for the role.

Payment: We’re pleased to offer a bonus structure for your contributions. You’ll receive $30 for each successfully booked call, and an additional $20 bonus after a signed contract, indicating the success of the call. Please note that the actual completion of the call is handled by a mentor from our team, not by you.

In addition to the exciting opportunity we’re offering, it’s important to note that the working hours for this role are flexible. Once you’ve replied to all messages, completed outreach, commented on posts, and engaged in stories, your daily commitment is a minimum of 5 hours per day, aligning with UK Time. The flexibility extends beyond the minimum requirement, allowing you the autonomy to decide if you’d like to work more than 5 hours – the choice is yours. We value your dedication and efficiency in achieving the outlined tasks, prioritizing results over rigid time constraints.
