We are looking to hire THE BEST for this long-term perm position.
Your job responsibilities will include:
1. Client follow-up/ customer service
2. Calling insurance carriers for updates on client cases/files
3. Fixing errors within any client applications and resending to carriers
4. Reaching out to clients who are in the “potential lapse” stage to figure out a solution
5. Calling potential business partners to schedule a meeting to discuss collaboration
6. Overseeing cold calling team to ensure that daily quotes are being met
7. Social media planning (reviewing and saving content that could be useful to the team)
8. Complete Client eligibility applications
9. Manage client referral program
Detailed training provided. Daily work will be monitored.
Must-Have Upbeat and Relatable Personality. A large part of the job will be in customer relations and problem-solving. We are not looking to hire someone with a robotic and dry personality. You must be able to make a joke and understand professional humor to build rapport with customers.
This is not a simple copy-and-paste job. Critical thinking is a must. If you know that your working style is more copy/paste/task-based work, please don’t apply. We are looking for someone who is resourceful and can work without micro-management
Offered: 40hrs per week. EST timezone. 10m-6m 1-hour lunch break. $300 a week with performance-based and yearly bonuses. Weekly Pay. Long-term work.
