**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in the Home and Auto Insurance Industry, along with proficiency in EZLynx, a widely-used insurance management software. As an Insurance Virtual Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support to our insurance professionals, helping streamline operations and enhance client services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Policy Management:** Efficiently manage insurance policies using EZLynx, including data entry, policy renewals, updates, and endorsements.
2. **Client Communications:** Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through email, phone calls, and online chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
3. **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Organize and maintain accurate client records, policy documents, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
4. **Claims Support:** Assist in the claims process by gathering necessary information, submitting claims, and following up on claim status when required.
5. **Calendar Management:** Manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the insurance professionals you support, ensuring they stay on track.
6. **Data Entry and Analysis:** Input data accurately into EZLynx and other software systems, and assist in generating reports and analytics as needed.
7. **Billing and Payments:** Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and reconcile accounts as necessary.
8. **Administrative Tasks:** Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to managing emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
**Qualifications:**
– **Experience:** Minimum of 3 Years of experience as an Insurance Virtual Assistant, with a strong background in Home and Auto Insurance.
– **EZLynx Proficiency:** Demonstrated expertise in using EZLynx for policy management and client communication.
– **Insurance Knowledge:** Solid understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations in the Home and Auto Insurance sector.
– **Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and other relevant software tools.
– **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
– **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– **Problem-Solving:** Proven ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
– **Confidentiality:** Strict adherence to client confidentiality and data security protocols.
– **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
