*Draft an original LLC Operating Agreement for an upstart US tech company
*Ensure vesting schedules are correct, and in-line with industry best practices for tech startups
*Work product must be flawless; it will be reviewed by experienced corporate attorneys and we will know if it is not done correctly
Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill (experienced attorney, experienced paralegal, etc) and other people that apply to the job.
